Ensure having right product in the right place in the right time, to create an easy but interesting shopping experience for the customer. Creating and updating CAD drawings, identify, track and implement all product to and from stores
Using the setting combinations & visual blueprints ensure all stores look visually beautiful always to maximise sales
Ensure that the stores cater for 'instant purchases'
Ensuring there is a pleasant shopping experience, and that trading density is increased.
Ensure that all advertising / promotions / special offers / new releases are supported at store level with relevant display, signage, and pricings
Leather walls in all stores must be up to date at all times including marketing material and samples
Stock management - all showroom specific units are sent in or collected on time
Ensure that relevant parties are kept informed on issues relating to store layouts, showroom display stock, planning and implementation of campaigns/other relevant marketing 'events'
Ensure prompt feedback to the planning, buying & marketing department, considering the learning's and feedback from the stores
Make sure that all stores are set up, on time, with the correct stock, when a campaign break
Ensure smooth implementation, maintaining, and break down of store Expo & Trade Shows. Maximising great brand awareness
Ensure that every person we deal with is treated with trust and respect and that all parties in the Coricraft business feel comfortable working and communicating with you
