    Lease Administrator

     Key responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing required lease documentation including lease agreements, addenda, extended tenure letters and lease summaries for review and signature by the Legal Advisors in Lease administration.
    • Capturing lease information on SAP Real Estate.
    • Updating of reports as and when required. 
    • Attending to queries from landlords, stores and internal divisions (field and direct queries and follow up on correspondence).

    You must have:

    • at least 2 years relevant experience (i.e in the preparation of lease documentation) 
    • knowledge of lease agreements, their interpretation, application and financial aspects 
    • Skilled in MS Excel and MS Word
    • Working knowledge of SAP (preferred)

    Sales Consultant - Durban - Coricraft

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales maximization

    • Maintain and increase sales
    • Ensure staff are aware of new stock and can answer product related questions
    • Ensure no quotation remains on the system for more than 7 days
    • Ensure available stock is pushed and sold
    • Ensure targets are met and business growth ensured

    • Ensure that customers are given feedback timeously and to ensure that the Order Controller have access to the information.
    • Ensure all customers are provided with constant service.
    • Ensure that stock levels are correct and minimize stock losses

    Ensuring that showroom looks presentable at all times

    • To ensure a clean and tidy store in order to enhance display of the store
    • To ensure that the store is visually attractive and displayed to its maximum within regards to free stock available that could be sold on the spot.
    • To ensure customers are in clear view of prices and no unnecessary discounts are given due to incorrect pricing
    • To ensure that the showroom is visually appealing to customers in the mornings and to ensure that   the store is left neat and tidy, ready for the next day’s trade.

    Area Manager - Johannesburg_Coricraft

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all stores are aligned and that the company Golden Thread is carried throughout.
    • Ensure having right product in the right place in the right time, to create an easy but interesting shopping experience for the customer. Creating and updating CAD drawings, identify, track and implement all product to and from stores
    • Using the setting combinations & visual blueprints ensure all stores look visually beautiful always to maximise sales
    • Ensure that the stores cater for 'instant purchases'
    • Ensuring there is a pleasant shopping experience, and that trading density is increased.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and Plan Skills Development Activity across the plants as per implementation plan
