Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple dialysis centers, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Develop & execute growth strategies to expand market presence and improve patient access
• Strengthen relationships with nephrologists and key healthcare stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding patient care and operational success
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability
• Uphold high standards in patient experience and clinical outcomes

What you bring:

• 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Unit Management within the Medical Device industry
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving business growth
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen
• Deep understanding of dialysis care and the medical device landscape
• A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt in a dynamic market
