As a profile Hunter you are in charge to find new opporutnities to increase our footprint for Assembly Market, Industrial Market, Maintenance Market and matérial Handling
Conduct active field visits, demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities
Identify and develop new Specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical markets
Provide commercial, technical, and application support to distributors and key end users
Serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors, and internal teams, addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholders
Optimize territory coverage to maximize reach and impact
Manage day-to-day business in efficient and timely manner.
Monitor and report on business trends, product fit and customer requirements.
Technical Skills / Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience and demonstrated success in a commercial role in industrial products
To Have a good knowlegde of Industrial Market ( Aerospace, Transport, MVI, General Industries ..... )
Preferred degree in Technical- and in Business-related discipline
Experienced and knowledgeable of power tools, with proficiency in software/hardware applications would be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
Personal Skills:
Strong team player, adept at collaborating with global cross-functional teams
Fluent in both spoken and written local language and English
Skilled in identifying opportunities, asking insightful questions, and understanding customers' needs beyond fixed products and solutions
Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 75% of the time
Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly organized in managing time, territory, and associated administrative functions
Ability to prioritize tasks and work the necessary hours to effectively fulfill job responsibilities
The candidate should be located in Casablanca Area and will cover Morocco and Tunisia.
