Art Director (Project Manager) at PwC South Africa

About the job

• The PwC Experience Center designs transformative changes. Shifts in employee experience (EX) and customer experience (CX) improve people’s lives by empowering them to work better, smarter, and faster - focusing on what matters most. Our Experience Center has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Copywriter to join their team.

• We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will be required to take charge for the planning and designation or project resources, prepare budgets/costs, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. The role demands the coordination of people and processes to ensure that the projects are produced over and above the desired results while being the go-to person for everything involving each project's organisation, resource and timeline.

• Experience consulting is the creative arm of PwC, recognized globally as a Forrester leader in Customer Experience consulting. We are a small, growing team of Experience Consultants in South Africa and part of a network of 39 (and growing!) Experience Centers globally. We are thinkers and makers, giving direction to brands and creating the experiences that define them. In our beautiful purpose-designed space we invite clients in and use both our brains and our hands to go from insight to impact together. We work together, always. We don’t believe in doing the same things over and over, but of finding new and better ways. We’re always in beta. We experiment with tech. We’re customer obsessed. And we believe in the power of perspective.
