Asset Administrator (Sandton) at Blue Label Telecoms

Job Purpose

• The Asset Administrator controls the movement of stock on a national basis, to and from third parties, regional offices and customers as well as the analysis of variance.

Key Responsibilities

• Movement of Stock (50%):
• Follow current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all times
• Ensure asset verification corresponds to data and stock distribution
• Track and ensure that stock moves to correct location.
• Conduct monthly Stock Take
• Ensure the SOP is followed at all times for missing stock
• Updating information on CRM (40%)
• Ensure CRM is updated daily
• Ensure all calls are closed and stock is updated
• Query Handling (10%)
• Ensure queries from third parties, regional staff and the customer interaction centre are resolved efficiently and timeously
