A leading property investment company is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to drive portfolio performance, maximise asset value, oversee financial planning, and develop strategies to optimise returns across a commercial property portfolio.
Requirements:
BCom degree (Property, Finance, Accounting or similar)
Studying towards an MSc in Property Studies advantageous
Experience in property asset management or commercial property
Strong financial, budgeting, and investment analysis skills
Experience with portfolio performance reporting and strategic planning
Knowledge of property valuations, Capex planning, and budgeting
Strong understanding of commercial property markets and benchmarking
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with MDA Property Management System advantageous
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build relationships with tenants, property managers, and service providers
