Assistant Accountant

A leading and well renowned manufacturing company in Northern Suburbs is seeking a seasoned professional with strong accounting experience to fulfil the role of an Assistant Accountant. This is a great opportunity to use your strong innovative and leadership skills to develop and lead a strong team.

Job Description:
- Full Accounting Function performed including:
- Prepare and submit VAT reconciliation and submission of VAT
- Completion of monthly management accounts
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Oversee stock
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (Manufacturing Industry experience preferred)
- Foreign currency exposure
Qualification:
- BCom, BCompt, BTech in Accounting, Tax, Audit and Tax
- Completed or partially completed articles
- CIMA (in process)
