    Assistant Brand Manager

    End Date: April 7, 2026

    key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Strategically develop and evolve Brand Platforms (e.g. FF Surprisingly Good
    • Sets; BFS Pink Table; MXD Ultra Music Festival) and Campaigns to ensure key Brand Health measures are effectively driven. Lead process through from Big Idea with on time Key Visual and guidelines to 360 executions.
    • Adhere to Critical path analysis process from concept to commercialization, ensuring timeous handoff and execution of campaigns.
    • Manage cross functional teams through routine Campaign Status and minutes to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets.
    • Dealing with and managing / aligning multiple stakeholders (agency partners, internal & global partners)
    • Development of promotional packaging (primary and secondary) for ad hoc brand promotions / new innovations using the Pegasus system and in accordance with the monthly ZTC and ZMTC forums.
    • Own and manage the Brand Activation Calendar.
    • Strictly manage the PTP process and budget line items to ensure effective and efficient marketing spend (ZBB). Deliver agreed brand plan activity on budget
    • Prepare & present AAR documentation in order to allow for continuous improvement.
    • Responsible for compiling and presenting the quarterly commercial performance review.

    • Ability to work under pressure without distraction and with minimal supervision
    • Accuracy and attention to detail

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Commercial Business degree
    • At least 3 - 5 years working experience across marketing and/or sales as well as event management experience.
