Assistant Director: Monitoring and Reporting : Ref No. DSD 73/2026 at Western Cape Social Development

Minimum Requirements

• An appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA; A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas

• Develop and implement Departmental performance monitoring and reporting processes; Contribute to the development and maintenance of performance indicators and monitoring frameworks; Monitor the implementation of the service delivery improvement plans (SDIPs);
• Facilitate the Department’s MPAT process; Provide support and guidance in the management of Provincial Project Management and Information systems (BizSuite: BizProjects, BizPerformance, BizBrain).

• Knowledge of the following: Applicable policies, legislation, guidelines, standards, procedures and best practices; Public Service procedures; Project management methodologies and standards; Global, regional and local political, economic and social affairs impacting on the Western Cape Government.
