Job Purpose:

• To facilitate implementation of Organisational Development Services.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Organisational Development/Public Administration or Management/Operations Management/Human Resource management/Industrial Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Management services as recognised by SAQA
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Organisational Development Practitioner
• A valid driver’s license.

• Monitor implementation of organisational structure development and review process
• Review business processes and Re-engineering services
• Monitor development of job descriptions and job specifications
• Monitor provision of job analysis, job design, and job evaluation processes
• Monitor provision of Organisational Functionality
• Assessment secretariat services.
