The Assistant Financial Manager is a vital partner to the Head of Finance, responsible for safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of all financial operations.
As the primary reviewer and coordinator, this role ensures timely and accurate month-end closings, reconciliations, and retail finance processes.
You will drive process improvements, champion system enhancements, and mentor the finance team to uphold high performance standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Completed SAICA articles, Newly qualified CA essential
Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial accounting or auditing
Experience leading or mentoring junior staff
Technical & Core Skills
Strong month-end and reconciliation expertise
Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail
Confident communicator and reviewer
ERP systems experience (Odoo advantageous)
