Key Outputs
Sample Management: Receive, label, and log incoming grain samples. Conduct sample conditioning and cleaning to ensure purity.
Milling Process: Operate the MLU mill for consistent and precise milling of grain samples. Record milling parameters and adjustments made during the process.
Data Collection: Collect and record data related to sample characteristics, milling results, and any deviations observed.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Grain Researcher in coordinating sample collection, documentation, and reporting.
Research Assistance: Support occasional field research activities and analysis of problematic grains. Collaborate with the Grain Researcher and Research and Development teams on specific projects.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of administrative and research processes within the Milling Centre of Excellence. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
