    Assistant Manager: Acquisition Management – National Office Ref: Amam04

    Purpose:

    • To facilitate the acquisition process in the procurement of goods and services for the CCMA in compliance with Supply Chain Management Policies and Procedures.

    Key Performance Areas: –

    •  Sourcing Process Management
    •  Bid Process Management
    •  Supply Chain Management Compliance
    •  Supplier Performance Monitoring
    •  Reporting
    •  Team Supervision

    Key Requirements:

    •  Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field with strong supply chain management/ procurement/ sourcing expertise
    •  At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain management specifically acquisition management, of which 2 years is a supervisory level.
    •  Strong understanding and commitment to good corporate governance, SCM Regulations and laws, and other regulatory requirements including the PFMA.
    •  Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making abilities and Proficient in data analysis.
