    Assistant Manager HR Projects

    PURPOSE:

    • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to work closely with our HR Project Manager in executing HR related projects.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and managing initiatives.
    • Project administration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, in coordination of activities towards achievement of project outcomes.
    • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and HR data to ensure accurate tracking of project progress and outcomes.
    • Support and align thinking way to balance and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
    • Integrate all HR functions to support business requirements comprehensively.
    • Reallocate resources as needed, track targets,
    • Build strategic partnerships.
    • Regularly benchmark against industry standards.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF 5 qualification (240 credits) in Project Management, Engineering, Business Admin or related.
    • 3-5 years experience in Automotive industry preferred.
    • Project management skills will be advantageous.
    • Experience in data analysis will be advantageous.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time efficiently.
