Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus Basic Qualification accredited with the SANC in terms Government Notice 425 (i.e. diploma/degree in nursing) that allows registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse. A minimum of eight (8) years appropriate/recognizable experience in unit/ward management. At least three (3) years of the period referred to above must be recognizable experience at management level.
Duties
Provide duties of the Nursing Service Manager. Provide support to all nursing programs. Supervise optimal holistic nursing care with set standards and with professional legal frameworks. Effective management and utilization of resources. Maintain professional growth and self-development. Provide conducive environment for all patients and staff. Provide Strategic Support and quality nursing care. Compile reports as required. Participate in-service trainings.
