Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support.
- Perform application monitoring.
- Conduct research, environmental scanning and information analysis.
- Conduct documentation quality management.
- Act as document management system controller.
- Monitor service delivery
Qualification(s):
- National Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 2 Years’ Experience in Information technology and systems
