Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12;
• 4 Years Grain/Silo experience;
• Fumigation course completed;
• Graduating courses completed;
• Previous experience in effective supervision and/or management of personnel;
• Experience in managing budgets and costs;
• Valid driver's license.

Skills:

• Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer literate;
• Strong administrative skills and organizational abilities;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership qualities;
• Good knowledge of the market and business environment;
• Business insight.

Responsibilities:

• Management Silo vs. Budget;
• Staff management;
• Customer Service Management;
• Ensure sound financial management and practices within the department;
• Manage silo administrative functions.
