The Requirements
A B. Degree (NQF level 7, preferably in human resources) or equivalent plus approximately three (3) years relevant experience where such experience includes: -
Previous administrative experience in an electronic environment where planning, coordinating, and executing high-level and complex administrative processes and projects was a key responsibility and where the job required a high degree of multitasking
Some experience working for someone in a senior role (Directorate level)
Previous experience handling queries (staff, members of the public, )
Some experience writing reports and data analysis
Human-resource-related administrative experience working with an HR management information system would be an advantage.
