    Assoc. Spclst Administrative services (Isando)

    Job Description

    • Ensure that you inform customers of the minimum order value of R5000 if order is below minimum.
    • Ensure all queries are handled in a timely matter by sending on to relevant e-mail address.
    • Ensure all orders from your customers are mailed through to the relevant e-mail address.
    • Monitor stock levels and keep back orders at a minimum.
    • All short expiring products must be confirmed with your customers before supplying the product.
    • Ensure that your customers are informed daily of ‘out of stock’ products on time and where possible offer your customers alternative products.
    • Adherence to cut-off times will be strictly monitored (cut-off is 12h00 and to the warehouse is 13h30).
    • Ensure that your back-orders are processed on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that all your back-orders are sent out when stock arrives irrespective of the rand order value. 
    • Notify your Business Unit managers or your sales persons of short dated stock that customers are refusing to take.
    • Ensure that you adhere to routing schedules.
    • Ensure that all your same day, Saturday and special deliveries are authorized by the manager before sending.
    • Ensure that your processing of orders is prioritized according to established daily routes to avoid costly urgent deliveries.
    • Ensure that all your training is attended on a weekly basis if scheduled.
    • Attendances for all your meetings are compulsory and please ensure that presence for training.
    • Ensuring orders read in is accurate.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Services.
    • Good knowledge of SAP a must.
    • Finance background beneficial.
    • Strong planning and organizing skills.
