    Associate - Pretoria

    MacRobert Inc. has an Associate position available for an Attorney in our Corporate Department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will focus on high court litigation and regulatory work, particularly as it pertains to the Tax sector.

    Requirements: 

    • LLB Degree
    • 0-2 years of post-admission experience in a law firm (Corporate Litigation environment) 
    • Knowledge of general legal processes and Uniform Rules of the Court 
    • Basic knowledge of the High Court and Supreme Court Act and Rules, with the ability to calculate applicable time periods
    • Able to draft notices and related legal documents
    • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Caselines and CourtOnline
