Associate Risk Consultant at Marsh

We will count on you to:

• Focuses on doing research and providing analysis of client risk and needs to support managers in completing analysis
• Creates simple presentations/slides and other communications to facilitate clients or other internal meetings
• Participates in development and delivery of effective written and oral communications which may include proposals, work plans, client service agreements, project pricing and technical concepts to facilitate documentation
• Attends and participates in client and internal meetings to support Senior Consultants
• Writes up concise notes from research or meetings attended to facilitate follow up action plan
• Client-facing ERM and strategic and operational risk management projects (scale as relevant to experience)
• Help organisations of all shapes and sizes access and benefit from enterprise risk analysis and management in a way relevant to their businesses
• Collaborate with colleagues on initiatives

What you need to have:

• Previous ERM consulting experience at a consulting firm or insurance broker is an added advantage
• Previous insurance experience
• High level of quantitative/analytics skills
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at a senior level
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Advance Excel and Outlook)

What makes you stand out:

• Enterprise Risk Management experience
• Tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Auditing, Accounting or equivalent
