Implementation of Energy Performance Contracts or turnkey contracts ;
Pre-sales technical support for the Business Unit
Description
Realization of energy audits on different typologies of sites (retail trades, logistic warehouses, agro-food industries, etc ...);
Description of the energy analysis of the audited sites and identification of potential energy savings that could be done ;
Proposal of actions to set up and design of the project (budgets, ROI, etc ...) ;
Consultation and qualification of service providers, negotiation of commercial offers, placing of orders, contractual management of orders ;
Follow-up of works by ensuring the interface between the management and the technical services of each site ;
Acceptance of work, lifting of reserves, delivery of facilities to performance, assistance and evaluation of complementary and corrective actions to ensure the performance target ;
Organization and participation in meetings with customers and service providers
Candidate's Profile
Technical knowledge of the cooling cycle and other knowledge about thermodynamics
Skills on building lighting principles
Knowledge of the operation of electrical installations
