Our client, a well-established and respected audit firm in Hillcrest, is seeking a motivated Post-Article Audit Senior to join their professional team.
Responsibilities
Manage the full audit process, from planning through to completion and finalisation
Liaise directly with clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Supervise, mentor, and allocate work to junior audit clerks
Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries, using audit and accounting software
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and ensure audits are completed efficiently and within deadlines
Ensure compliance with relevant auditing standards and company policies throughout the audit process
Requirements
Obtained a BCom Accounting degree or equivalent
Obtained/studying towards CTA/PGDA
SAICA articles completed
Not already a qualified or eligible CA(SA)
Willingness to learn and commitment to self-development
