    Marketing Coordinator (Generalist – Digital) – Pietermaritzburg

    • Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator (Digital) to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce activities, and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing and sales support material across print, digital, social media, websites, PR, and promotional campaigns
    • Manage Shopify and e-commerce activities, including product updates, promotions, and landing pages
    • Coordinate digital communications across websites, social media, e-commerce, and email campaigns
    • Assist with planning and implementing marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager, Sales, and Product teams
    • Track marketing budgets, campaign schedules, and performance, preparing reports using Shopify, Google Analytics, and social media insights
    • Support paid digital advertising, agency coordination, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines

    Requirements

    • 4–7 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing environment

    • Shopify experience is advantageous
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
    • Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
    • Valid driver's licence and own transport

    • Our client, a well-established and respected audit firm in Hillcrest, is seeking a motivated Post-Article Audit Senior to join their professional team.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full audit process, from planning through to completion and finalisation
    • Liaise directly with clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
    • Supervise, mentor, and allocate work to junior audit clerks
    • Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries, using audit and accounting software

    Requirements

    Safety Officer/Manager - Howick

    • Our client is seeking an experienced Safety Officer / Manager to lead and drive health and safety compliance across their operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive working environment.

    Requirements

    • Sound knowledge of all applicable health and safety legislation within a manufacturing environment
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Experience within the forestry industry will also be considered
    • Strong, assertive personality with the confidence to enforce safety standards, address non-compliance, and challenge management where decisions may compromise safety or legislative compliance

    Administrative Assistant to Financial Director – Pietermaritzburg

    • Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Financial Director with finance administration, reporting, diary management, and general office coordination.

    Responsibilities

    Administration Duties

    • Manage the Financial Director's diary, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and confidential documentation
    • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and general finance documentation
    • Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems
    • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, banks, auditors, and service providers
    • Coordinate office administration, stationery, document control, and departmental deadlines
    • Provide administrative support for projects and other ad hoc duties

    Financial Assistant Duties

    • Process supplier and customer invoices, credit notes, statements, and payments, and maintain accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial records
    • Perform supplier, customer, bank, petty cash, expense, and account reconciliations, investigating and following up on account queries and payment discrepancies
    • Assist with payroll administration, staff expense claims, journals, month-end procedures, management accounts, cash flow reporting, budget tracking, and financial schedules
    • Prepare payment packs, proof of payments, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and reports for review by the Financial Director
    • Maintain financial records, fixed asset registers, statutory documentation, audit files, procurement records, and supporting documentation
    • Assist with VAT, payroll, tax, insurance, contract administration, and audit preparation while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal financial controls
    • Identify and report errors, irregularities, duplicate invoices, missing approvals, or unusual transactions, while maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial information

    Requirements

    • Matric with Accounting (non-negotiable)
    • A certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Finance, or Accounting is advantageous
    • Previous experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or accounting support role
    • Working knowledge of accounting software, online banking platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and office systems
    • Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
    • Professional communication skills with a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Good understanding of reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial documentation
    • Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
