Experience in the activities of a technical workshop environment, knowledge of the hospital's departments, and a valid South African driver's license and plumbing experience will be added advantage. Awareness of Batho-Pele principles. Be willing to work in a team and under pressure.
Duties :
Responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, packing, and /or unpacking goods, as well as registering goods from stores, signing off delivery notes upon receiving goods. issuing materials according to work orders and doing stock taking. Packaging and labelling of materials, racks, and shelves. Verifying tools and equipment upon delivery and record keeping.
Always ensure the cleanliness of the workshop and workshop - related equipment. Assist artisan in related tasks. Repair the basics on non-life support medical equipment and plumbing.
