Aviation Logistics Administrator & Storeman: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

• This role combines logistics and stores administration with hands‑on responsibilities in a controlled stores environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of both the administrative and operational aspects of stock and inventory management.

Salary: The salary is highly negotiable

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 08h30 – 16h30 (Work flexi-hours, often from home)

Desired experience:

• Recent experience in aviation, engineering, technical, or automotive industries would be advantageous.
• Solid logistics and inventory‑control experience from other industries will also be considered.
• Organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong administrative and record‑keeping skills.
• Comfortable in a hands‑on stores environment.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

• Stock receiving: Receive, check, and record incoming stock and parts.
• Inventory control: Issue and manage stock while maintaining accurate records.
• Logistics administration: Handle documentation, filing, and day‑to‑day stores admin.
• Shipments coordination: Prepare and arrange collections, deliveries, and shipments.
• Supplier liaison: Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments.
• Stock counts: Assist with reconciliations and periodic stock counts.
• Stores maintenance: Ensure the stores area is organised, controlled, and well‑maintained.
