AWS Node JS Developer at Pattern Matched Technologies

The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the below:

Job Description:

• Design and develop dynamically scalable, highly available, highly reliable and fault-tolerant applications on AWS.
• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods
• Design and develop dynamically scalable, highly available, highly reliable and fault-tolerant applications using Node.JS on the AWS platform
• Select appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on the business requirements
• Code, test, debug, implement, and document efficient database-driven web applications
• Develop unit test plans to satisfy functional and technical requirements
• Prepare appropriate documentation such as program code and technical documents
• Participate in software development processes with quality assurance, version control and build processes
• Familiar with data stores such as AWS S3, AWS RDS or DynamoDB
• Work with management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within areas of responsibility

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Computer Science or similar
• 5 years or more of development experience 
• Experience in using AWS services
• Must have solid experience with Node JS and Angular 
• Experience with JavaScript / Typescript, REST API, SQL, NoSQL (Document Databases, e.g. DynamoDB or other), CI/CD
