Back-Order Clerk at MCE Electric

Key Responsibilities:

• Track shipments and ensure timely updates.
• Liaise with customers regarding back orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipment orders.
• Generate and maintain back-order reports.
• Release back orders efficiently.
• Compile customer reports as required.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or order-processing role is advantageous
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
