Barista - Bellville at Tsebo Solution

• We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and skilled Barista to join our corporate catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a professional corporate environment. This role requires an individual with a passion for coffee, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Prepare high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide warm, attentive customer service to residents and guests
• Handle cash or POS systems accurately and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café and service areas
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and simple food preparation
• Create a calm, friendly environment that encourages social connection
• Build positive relationships with residents and anticipate their preferences

Skills and Competencies    

• Experience as a Barista or in a café/food-service setting
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a calm, organised manner
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices

Qualifications    

• National Senior Certificate
• Must have 3-5 years experinace in similar role
