Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages in the office canteen.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and tidy service area at all times.
• Collect used mugs and cups from office workstations and communal areas throughout the day.
• Support boardroom and meeting hospitality, including serving drinks and clearing afterward.
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely service to all staff and visitors.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Discreet and respectful when entering office and meeting spaces.
• Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude.
