Barista at Tsebo Solution

• We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and skilled Barista to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your barista talent to a caring environment where your service helps brighten our student's days and creates a welcoming, school atmosphere.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Prepare high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide warm, attentive customer service to students and guests
• Handle cash or POS systems accurately and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café and service areas
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and simple food preparation
• Create a calm, friendly environment that encourages social connection
• Build positive relationships with students and anticipate their preferences

Skills and Competencies    

• Experience as a Barista or in a café/food-service setting
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a calm, organised manner
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices

Qualifications    

• National Senior Certificate
• Must have 3-5 years experinace in similar role
