manage all tasks of service preparation, including stock control, meeting and briefings, promotion specs, menus, wine lists, operating equipment
ensure the service area meets the requirements of environmental, hygiene and safety policies and legislation
fulfil service and payment requirements promptly and with a positive approach
actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained,supportive of each other and competent
work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
