Position Summary

Perfection is at the heart of what we do, and our people are always looking for the next big idea to cement our status. We are now looking for a Batch Mixer to be based in Mossel Bay Factory.
• In this role you will be responsible for preparation of bulk mixed product in an efficient and effective manner whilst complying to all safety and quality standards.

A day in the life of a Batch Mixer:

• Preparation of bulk mixed product within required quality standard
• Ensure no defect materials are used for production                                                                                
• Ensure strict adherence to best operating practices and QMS                                                
• Perform regular inventory management checks
• Material staging for batch preparation
• Maintain good housekeeping in Production Staging Area and CIP of production lines                           
• Assist with factory related trials
• Able to recognize unsafe conditions and improve safety standards and maintain a safe working environment                                       
• Able to perform any reasonable duty in the event of non-production
