    Batch Release Supervisor

    Description

    • To plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day production activities effectively to deliver daily targets
    • To ensure that Food Safety and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times and remedial action is taken when required (cGMP, BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000, TGA, etc.)
    • Facilitate continuous improvement and the optimization of processes through resource and facility planning and utilization.
    • To ensure compliance with all Safety, Health and hygiene legislative requirements and company policies and procedures
    • To monitor costs to ensure operation within budget and to maximise investment and utilization of resources.

    Requirements

    • Advanced Diploma / Degree in Production Management / Operations management is essential
    • An additional Engineering: Industrial/ Mechanical / Electrical qualification would be advantageous
    • Previous middle management experience in production in a FMCG environment.
