To plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day production activities effectively to deliver daily targets
To ensure that Food Safety and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times and remedial action is taken when required (cGMP, BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000, TGA, etc.)
Facilitate continuous improvement and the optimization of processes through resource and facility planning and utilization.
To ensure compliance with all Safety, Health and hygiene legislative requirements and company policies and procedures
To monitor costs to ensure operation within budget and to maximise investment and utilization of resources.
Requirements
Advanced Diploma / Degree in Production Management / Operations management is essential
An additional Engineering: Industrial/ Mechanical / Electrical qualification would be advantageous
Previous middle management experience in production in a FMCG environment.
