Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or sector.
Manage and supervise distributors in the assigned area, ensuring effective order placement, timely payments, and efficient redistribution.
Ensure the full range of IB products is consistently available in adequate stock levels at customer and retail outlets.
Guarantee effective merchandising, including strong brand visibility through point-of-sale (POS) materials and proper placement of chillers in retail outlets.
Ensure that chillers are placed only in high-performing outlets and are used exclusively for IBPLC products.
Monitor and enforce the recommended retail pricing of IB products at all sales outlets.
Track and report on competitive activity within the assigned sector, ensuring timely response to market dynamics.
Minimum Requirements:
3-year degree qualification
At least 2 years’ experience in a sales/marketing/FMCG environment
Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
Basic computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Office
