BEES Touchpoint Specialist at The South African Breweries (SAB)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Support the Product Owner in delivering the squad roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Ensure product requirements are clearly understood by Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and stakeholders.

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities, and operational requirements.
• Translate commercial objectives into analytical and technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, optimisation, and personalisation.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as an operational point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical squad.
• Coordinate communications related to product enhancements and releases.
• Build strong relationships with commercial, technology, and analytics stakeholders.
• Support business users during product implementation and adoption

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degrees, 3-year qualification or similar Technical qualification
• 5 years – technical and commercial experience.
• Strong mathematical background, preferably acquired through education that covers deeper levels of differential and integral calculus, linear algebra, combinatorial analysis, probability, and statistics.
• Proficiency in at least the basic programming languages used in the day-to-day operations of the data science and engineering team: SQL, Python, and PySpark.
