Our client in the IT services and industrial technology sector is looking for a skilled, analytical minded individual who can support the financial manger in various aspects of the business
Minimum requirements:
2–5 years relevant experience in a similar role
BCom or Bachelor of Business Science advantageous
Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling)
Experience with ERP/finance systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong analytical and reporting skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborative, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Prepare and reconcile management accounts, financial statements, and variance analyses
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling with department heads
Provide financial insights, ad hoc analyses, and dashboards
Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Mentor and guide junior finance team members
Support internal and external audits with documentation and responses
Collaborate across departments to provide financial guidance
Assist with tax returns for South African and USA entities
Manage financial reporting and cash flow for one USA and three South African companies
