Bookkeeper at AltGen South Africa

• AltGen is looking for a detail-oriented and operationally strong Bookkeeper to support finance operations across multiple business entities.
• This position includes operational finance support across payroll, supplier management, reconciliations, fleet/admin coordination and cost tracking.

The role includes:

• Bank reconciliations across multiple entities
• Supplier invoices, slips and expense documentation
• Month-end payment preparation support
• Payroll administration support
• Supplier trackers and debit order reconciliations
• Vehicle logbook reconciliation
• Recruitment and operational cost tracking

Requirements:

• Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience
• Experience with Sage, Xero, PaySpace or similar accounting systems
• Strong reconciliation and Excel skills
• Payroll exposure advantageous
