Bookkeeper (Bookkeeper) at Emporium Human Capital

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions using the old version of SAP.
• Assist with inventory management for production and blending processes.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing procedures.
• Handle payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Liaise with auditors and manage the audit process.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, particularly in trade or production settings.
• Experience with SAP software, especially older versions, is essential.
• Experience in the manufacturing, production, or blending industries will be an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP (older version preferred).
• Strong understanding of dynamic trade environments.
• Familiarity with production and blending operations.
