Bookkeeper at Clear Leaf

• Accurate and timeous debtors invoicing and collections.
• Accurate and timeous processing of creditors invoices
• Accurate and timeous processing of cashbook transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Petty Cash.
• Ensure all month end processes are completed timeously.
• Plan for, administer and process financial and all bookkeeping related tasks and activities effectively and efficiently in alignment with performance objectives.
• Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.
• Ensure that the relevant financial transactions are accurate and information is documented and stored appropriately.
• Process or accrue expenses accurately on the financial system, within the allocated month.
• Reconciles accounts/bank transactions to ensure the accuracy and escalate reconciliation issues/outstanding transactions.
• Report relevant and accurate financial information timely to direct superior

Qualifications

• Matric with Accounting as subject
• Accounting/Bookkeeping diploma or relevant qualification
• Must have at least 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Must be available immediately

Additional Information

Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 per month - depending on experience
