This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys full-spectrum bookkeeping. You'll work closely with our finance and operations teams to keep our books sharp, clean, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Full-function bookkeeping up to balance sheet reconciliation
Managing creditors, debtors, and supplier payments
Overseeing petty cash, processing costings, and assisting with budget control
Working across platforms including Xero, Simpro, and Zoho
Collaborating with team leads on job cost tracking and reportin
What We’re Looking For
Experience in bookkeeping or similar finance role
Strong working knowledge of Xero and/or Simpro/Zoho is a major plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with job costing in a project-based or technical business is a bonus
