Assistance to the Lead Engineer with 3D / Revit modeling and BIM 360 drawing tasks. This will also require interaction and coordination with international design teams.
Providing assistance with marketing activities including providing technical information and support required for the marketing effort and preparation of relevant proposals.
Operating relevant commercial software, developing, maintaining and enhancing any engineering tools or software used in the course of the engineering activities of the company.
Ensure that BIM standards are maintained.
Ensuring compliance with Bosch Projects’ ISO9001/2008 QMS systems, in terms of the specific responsibilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
Have a minimum of four years working experience in structural steel and concrete – Revit 3D modelling & coordination.
Have experience in reinforcement detailing in Revit.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, Revit and BIM 360 platforms.
Have project management and site monitoring experience.
Possess a thorough understanding of project – engineering workflow and a broad understanding of the other design engineering disciplines.
Have effective Interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be prepared to travel within and outside RSA borders.
