Branch Manager

Description
- The Branch Manager is responsible for the performance, administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service branch, including lending, sales of product mixes, customer service and managing all branch staff in accordance with the Bayport objectives.
Requirements

EDUCATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Management
- Regulatory Examination level 5
- Banking Level 5 will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years’ people management and sales experience.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in managerial role.
