We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our organisation.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the daily management operations of the store and management of staff, overseeing the sales/showroom operations, clients and troubleshooting all escalated issues effectively on a 6-day work week.
Responsibilities
Strong sales and administrative background
Proven track record in driving branch turnover
Experience in upselling/ training/ pricing/ ensuring stock is displayed as per standard
Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
Oversee in-store promotional events or displays
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Ensure high standard of client service and order management
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation
Overseeing financial administration of the store
Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
Lead, support and coach15+ staff towards maximum performance
Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
Manage periodic stock counts
Minimising losses and damages
Deliveries Pastel/CM/Onfleet and other integrated systems SOP'S
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent
National Diploma / Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
5 to 6 years’ experience as a Retail Manager or in other Managerial position - mandatory
Proficient in Computer Literacy
POS experience
5 to 6 years of Hands-on Leadership skills and a Team Player
5 to 6 years of Microsoft Suite experience
5 to 6 years of Retail Management Systems
Previous working experience within a stressful, fast-paced environment – non-negotiable.
Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle - imperative
