Branch Manager Equipment at AFGRI Equipment

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

• Grade 12
• B. Com degree or equivalent

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

• 5-10 years management related experience in Agri equipment trade.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

• Provide and maintain sound customer relations with internal and external clients (marketing)
• Maintain control of critical administrative procedures and processes to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislative requirements (loss control)
• Ensure a well-managed inventory system
• Manage the branch operations for business optimization according to the department business plan
• Manage the branch finances
• Provide leadership and support to all employees to ensure a motivated and competent staff complement

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

• Valid driver's license
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Farming experience or knowledge of farming activities
• Knowledge of other AFGRI product agencies
• Basic financial skills
• Verbal and written communication
• John Deere equipment Knowledge will be an added advantage
