REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
- B. Com degree or equivalent
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5-10 years management related experience in Agri equipment trade.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide and maintain sound customer relations with internal and external clients (marketing)
- Maintain control of critical administrative procedures and processes to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislative requirements (loss control)
- Ensure a well-managed inventory system
- Manage the branch operations for business optimization according to the department business plan
- Manage the branch finances
- Provide leadership and support to all employees to ensure a motivated and competent staff complement
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Farming experience or knowledge of farming activities
- Knowledge of other AFGRI product agencies
- Basic financial skills

- John Deere equipment Knowledge will be an added advantage
