A well-established industrial equipment supply company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager with strong operational, sales, and financial leadership capabilities to oversee branch performance, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations including sales, rentals, stock control, logistics, and customer service
Drive achievement of sales targets, budgets, and key performance indicators
Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including key and blue-chip clients
Oversee pricing, quotations, tenders, and solution-based selling activities
Manage branch financial performance including budgets, reporting, and profitability
Control stock management processes including stock levels, variances, and stock takes
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures
Monitor and improve operational efficiency across all branch functions
Requirements:
Minimum Matric (Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or Finance advantageous)
8–10 years’ experience in sales, operations, or branch management
Strong leadership and team management experience
Solid financial and commercial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
Experience in stock, logistics, and operational management
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
