Brand Activations Manager at Crypto Banter

Role Summary:

As an Activations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning our newly onboarded sponsors into successful campaign integrations across our media channels. You'll work closely with sponsorship agents and hosts to ensure seamless activation, tailored to each sponsor's unique offering and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with sponsorship agents to take over newly secured sponsors, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of their campaign goals.
• Plan and execute brand activations across shows, ensuring alignment with sponsor objectives and Boost's content standards.
• Strategize, plan and implement compelling campaigns for all sponsor and partner brands across BOOST. 
• Maintain direct communication with sponsors, providing regular updates, campaign progress, and comprehensive reporting on integrations.
• Coordinate with hosts to brief them on upcoming activations, ensuring they're fully prepared to deliver the sponsor's message effectively.
• Compile and present weekly reports to sponsors, showcasing the impact of their campaigns through detailed analytics and timestamped content integrations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in brand activations or campaign management, preferably within the crypto or related tech industries.
• Strong affinity for the crypto space, with a keen understanding of its dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in compiling and presenting campaign performance data.
