    Brand Coordinator

    We are looking for a Junior Creative who is looking to kickstart their career in the world of Graphic Design, Videography And Brand Strategy. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of design techniques and best practices and has a passion for all things creative. The successful candidate will work with a copywriter to fulfill the creative execution of the company's marketing strategy as well as work with the rest of the marketing team on greater marketing and campaign initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with marketing and creative team in determining content, marketing and project scope.
    • Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
    • Create well thought out and eye catching video content
    • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
    • Crafting a global brand strategy and vision through the creation of the company's corporate identity which includes the colours, pictures, donts, deck templates etc
    • Overseeing creative execution of global brand marketing campaigns and maintaining style guides internally and externally
    • Present design concepts to marketing manager or senior leadership team
    • Incorporate changes recommended by management or senior leaders into final designs
    • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
    • Developing a deep knowledge about our customers and their expectations in order to develop creative executions (both online and offline) that will break through the noise.
    • Creating, designing and managing owned, paid and earned collateral 
    • Coordinate the creative and design elements of vehicle and reward partner-focused campaigns
    • Identify opportunities to leverage the media or major events that drive brand awareness as well as develop press releases
    • Working with third parties to ensure they use our style and brand correctly

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with seign software technologies: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva
    • Relevant diploma or degree on design, videograhy, film, fine arts or related field is a plus
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Some portfolio work to show capabilities
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of creative best practice when it comes to digital and brand design
